Please do not claim these scraps as your own
Please do not alter any of them and claim them as your own.
Do not make cluster frames with any of my kits!
You may resize them to suit your projects, tags etc.
Please do not change the filenames
Please do not upload to any file sharing website (4shared, Mediafire, rapidshare, etc.)
If you are using one of my Kits with an artists work, Please follow the Artists TOU and © requirements.
If you are using my kits with your personal artwork/photos you must include my © ( ScrapKit©Coyotie Designs)
You may not use these for any monetary gain, illegal, defamatory or immoral purposes.
Tutorial Writers

If you are a tutorial writer and are using any of my scraps in your tutorials you may not upload ANY part of my kits to your site...you may however link to my site for others to download
Please give credit to ©Coyotie Designs, unless you are using the kit with a Pay to Use Artist. Then please just make sure credit is given to Coyotie Designs within your tutorial.

COMMERCIAL USE
You MAY use these items to create items to sell (kits, packs, etc) with the following exceptions:
1. You may NOT use these graphics to create any sort of designer resource, tool or commercial use product or repackage and resell my original products. You MAY NOT convert images to grey scale and sell as a template.YOU MAY NOT add them to Software Programs.
2. You may NOT claim these as your own creations, or alter them and claim them as your own.
3. You MAY NOT offer them in a cd/dvd, graphic collections, trade, share, loan, rent, resell, distribute, or post across a bulletin board, network, modem, yahoo groups, website links, Internet or web page. You also MAY NOT upload any of my products to another file hosting site to re-distribute!
4. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works ... or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
Designer Tools:
1. These items are for PERSONALY USE ONLY!! Please do not repackage and sell or claim as your own. These products are made with the sole intent of helping designers with certain items used for packaging or displaying their kits or other products.
2. Do feel free to colorize to suit your needs!
Credit in your TOU is very much appreciated, however not mandatory.
I dont have many rules so please be respectful and follow them.
